Carbon Fiber Tuning Hammer
Fulfills all of your tuning needs with its amazing features:
- A short end with a thread that receives your existing Schaff 5, 10 or 15 degree head, freeing you from having to buy a separate dedicated head when you wish to change tuning hammer angles. Tuning tips can be Schaff, Hale or Watanabe.
- Optional Jahn heads and tips are also available, including the 7.5° head specifically designed by Jahn for Mayer Gluzman's CF tuning hammer.
- Two carbon fiber sections of length to suit your own preference and convenience. One to be your basic length, the second may serve as an extension.
- Close to 0 flex throughout the length of the tuning hammer, allowing you unequaled intimacy with the feel of the tuning pin and making your tuning more stable.
- A choice of grips from the traditional straight handle or the pear shaped grip, all made using highly polished fine hardwoods.

Mayer Gluzman's RPT Carbon Fiber Tuning Hammer Kit includes:
- Traditional head assembly that accepts any of the 5, 10, 15 degree angles from Schaff supply company.
- Watanabe or Schaff tuning Tip #2.
- The tube length is 8", but you can request a custom length if you prefer.
- Handle Assembly with Cocobolo Rosewood (your choice of 2.5" ball or 4" straight handle)
If you prefer to use your own tips and head and just want the Carbon Fiber tuning Hammer Handle, take additional $30.00 off the price for the total of $265.00

The hammer does not flex at all,
it is completely rigid, even at the head assembly joint, thanks to high grade machine treads, very narrow and extending way inside the lever, and this acts as a natural complement to the light weight.

Your hammer is a great product
I have been in the business for almost 40 years, 27 of them as the head technician
of the Eastman School of Music. In that time I have acquired a collection of hammers:
3 Tuner supply, 2 Schaff, a Jahn, aYamaha, Itoshin, and several Watanabe tips. However,
your carbon fibre hammer is truly in a class by itself.
